My name is William, and I am the creator of Nor-B-Q. I've been in the food industry for over 25 years, and throughout that time, Ive cultivated a passion for food and have been able to learn everything about food quality and safety. I've always wanted to start my own food line, but with bills to pay, I found it difficult to leave my job security and explore my venture. With covid shutting down restaurants, I was left without that choice but to either sink or swim. I always try to be the best at my craft, therefore I'm always looking to learn, and become better.
